As all Mum’s know, kids are nibblers and difficult to feed;
and are unlikely to sit still long enough, to eat much at our three hour holiday.
I know what my kids eat, so I will share with you my things that work for me at the event.
I have decided to make a picnic style lunch of the following items:
Ham and Cheese & Vegie Spread Wrap (GF version and Rice Wrap)
Roast Chicken, Vegie Mayo and Avo Sandwich (GF and Wholemeal & White Bread version)
GF mini muffins (sweet and savory versions)
Pretzels, Rice Snacks, Carrot Sticks, Crackers and Cheese Sticks Picking Platter
Fresh Seasonal Fruit Picking Platter
Water & Cordial Pitchers
Please write down and bring some family favorite recipes, that are kid guaranteed,
on A4 paper to the event, so we can all share and swap them on the day.
